Refund policy

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Unopened items: Return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging for a full refund.
- Intimates & underwear: For hygiene reasons, returns are accepted only if unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liner attached.
- Opened skincare & body care: For hygiene reasons, opened products can't be returned — unless they arrived damaged, defective, or you had a skin reaction. In that case, contact us and we'll make it right.
- Devices (e.g. skincare wands, towel warmers): Returnable within 30 days if in original condition with all parts. Defective devices are covered by the manufacturer's warranty; we'll help you file a claim.

How to start a return
Email us at help@natureglint.store with your order number. Once approved, we'll send return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without approval can't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
